Hi,
I'm Harley Keasey, the chairperson for the current Dudley Youth Council term. This will be my third year as part of DYC and I'm so glad that I am able to continue to work with other young people
in the borough to make Dudley a better place for us all. Last year, I took the role of treasurer on the youth council and, being the ambitious young person I am, I decided to step up my role
again.
This year, we, as a council, will be working on two main campaigns. As part of the Make Your Mark consultation back in September, young people across the UK, particularly in Dudley, said that
they wanted us to build a campaign around 'Knife Crime' and 'Protecting the Environment' - an issue concerning many people in our area alone. Also, we will be working towards a 2 year campaign
which will be voted for by young people across the borough in the coming months (stay tuned)!
