There's been lots of news within DYC over the past few weeks, so let's get cracking!
During the present lockdown, we've been keeping in touch online using Conference Calls. Although some of our campaign work and the Dudley Youth Awards for this year have had to be put on hold, we're still working together to suggest ideas for what can be done in the future. More on that soon...
Today, our Website has received maintenance. Improvements include the modernisation of some pages, changes to outdated work and some an updated contact system. Check them out!
We also held our first Game Night between members to keep in touch and have some fun! Congratulations to the winners of our Pictionary, Kahoot and Bingo games! We hope to see even more of you at our next event, which is currently being planned!
On a more serious note, an EGM (Extraordinary General Meeting) has been called by our Chair, Harley, to update our Constitution to allow for our AGM (Annual General Meeting) to be delayed beyond 13 months due to the lockdown. This is taking place online in two Wednesdays time.
